Finished Goods SelectorAs a Finished Goods Selector, you'll use handheld scanning equipment to pick and prepare orders, verify product numbers and quantities, and keep your work area organized and efficient. This role requires attention to detail, a team-first attitude, and a commitment to accuracy.Responsibilities:Select and prepare customer orders using handheld scanning equipmentAccurately identify and pick items by product numbers and quantitiesTransfer orders to designated workstationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport any inventory discrepancies or product identification issuesWork collaboratively with team members in a professional environmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8 to 10-hour shiftCapable of lifting up to 50 poundsPerform various movements, including bending, twisting, and reachingHandle items of various weights throughout the shiftWork in a warehouse environment with concrete floorsQualifications:Basic math and reading skillsStrong attention to detailClear verbal communication abilitiesGood hand-eye coordinationProfessional attitude and team-oriented mindsetPrevious warehouse experience preferred but not requiredRequired Equipment:Safety shoes (required)Experience with barcode scanners is a plusWork Environment:Indoor warehouse settingNon-climate-controlled environmentFast-paced, team-oriented atmosphereWhat We Offer:Stable work scheduleTeam-oriented environmentOpportunity for growthTraining providedSchedule:1st Shift hours: Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pmM-D Building Products has been a trusted name in American construction for over 106 years.
