Sims Metal - - Responsibilities: Inspect incoming non-ferrous materials to determine metal type, grade, quality, and contamination levels; Identify and classify materials including aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, nickel alloys, insulated wire, and other non-ferrous commodities; Operate inbound and outbound truck scales and customer scales; weigh vehicles and materials; generate scale tickets, purchase receipts, invoices, and transaction documentation; Enter customer, vehicle, and material information into the company's scale software and databases; balance scale transactions and maintain accurate records; Separate and direct materials to processing or storage locations; communicate pricing classifications and grading decisions
