Job Details Position: SAP EWM Warehouse Specialist Job Type: Contract (4 months with possible extension) Location :Oklahoma, USA73179 Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM with 30-minute lunch break Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against shipping documentation. Inspect incoming goods for visible damage and document discrepancies. Process Goods Receipt transactions using SAP EWM. Store, organize, move, and retrieve inventory using SAP EWM. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock maintenance. Perform warehouse inventory activities and stock reconciliation. Pick and assemble customer deliveries accurately. Verify quantities and material numbers against delivery documentation. Package shipments according to shipping requirements and applicable regulations. Handle dangerous goods packaging when applicable. Process Goods Issue transactions in SAP EWM. Prepare and attach shipping documentation for outbound shipments. Perform internal material movements safely using appropriate material handling equipment. Support warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of practical warehouse experience or equivalent vocational training. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Experience with SAP SRP processes. Warehouse experience including: Shipping & Receiving Inventory Control Material Handling Goods Receipt Goods Issue Stock Maintenance Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and solve routine warehouse issues. Comfortable working with warehouse software and ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience using SharePoint. Knowledge of warehouse inventory best practices. Experience with shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
