Work centers on natural gas generators ranging from 5.7 to 21.9 liters. You will perform oil changes, spark plug changes, filter replacements, overhead valve adjustments, battery checks, radiator washing, and load bank testing. You will troubleshoot and repair fuel systems, cooling systems, air injection systems, turbos, manifolds, generator control panels, and 480 volt output issues including diodes and automatic voltage regulators. Shop technicians will complete troubleshooting, teardown, rebuilds, and full system maintenance in a controlled environment.
