Position Summary:
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the daily execution and operational performance of the Field Services organization. This position serves as a central support resource for field technicians, Area Managers, the Director of Field Services, and executive leadership.
This role is responsible for coordinating work order administration, operational reporting, field communications, payroll and bonus support, unit tracking, and cross-functional coordination between Field Services and departments such as Accounting, Payroll, Supply Chain, IT, Safety, and FP&A.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large amounts of operational data while supporting a fast-paced field organization. This individual must be approachable, collaborative, and capable of helping improve processes and streamline administrative workflows as the business continues to grow.
