Air Logistics Center (ALC) Change Management Specialist Location: Oklahoma City, OK (On-site/Local) Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled Air Logistics Center (ALC) Change Management Specialist to support a federal client in driving successful adoption of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems within a mission-critical environment. You'll be embedded on the ground at an Air Logistics Center, guiding real users through high-stakes MRO system adoption - not from a conference room, but inside the operational environment where the mission lives. What you'll do * Work directly alongside end users as they adopt and operate MRO systems in live environments * Build and execute change management strategies that move organizations - not just check boxes * Identify stakeholders and influencers at every level, then earn their buy-in through clear, honest communication * Spot risks early and drive mitigation before they become blockers * Run workshops and training sessions that build real readiness, not just attendance records * Measure what's working, surface what isn't, and continuously improve Schedule & Shift Details * Full-time (40 hours/week) Requirements * U.S. Citizenship required * Must be located in or near Oklahoma City, OK * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Aviation, or related field * Minimum of 7-10 years experience with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems * Minimum of 7-10 years experience in aircraft maintenance or related industry environments * Minimum of 7-10 years experience with Impresa software * Experience supporting organizational change management methodologies and tools * Experience with Agile Project Management * Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and support organizations through change with confidence, clarity, and a proactive mindset * Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, or training to build employee readiness and resilience is preferred * Proven track record of fostering trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders is preferred Demonstrated Advanced experience with: * Organizational change management strategies and stakeholder engagement * Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems and processes * Supporting end users in operational environments * Risk identification, mitigation, and change adoption strategies Why Join Blue Rose? * Support mission-critical defense maintenance and operational readiness programs * Work directly with end users and stakeholders in high-impact environments * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful system adoption * Contribute to secure, efficient, and scalable solutions supporting national defense priorities Apply Today Email: Website: www.bluerose-consulting.com/careers LinkedIn:
