The district recognizes that the legal aspects and consequences related to medical marijuana, cannabidiol (CBD), and hemp are evolving and may be subject to change. These issues may affect various areas of the district's current policies regarding employees, students, parents, and individuals on district premises, driving district vehicles or attending district events. The district will continue to enforce its currently adopted policies. As changes in state and/or federal law occur, the district will review and evaluate its policies to determine whether revisions are necessary to remain in compliance with applicable laws. Employees of the district are expected to comply with all state and federal laws at all times as a condition of their continued employment with the district.
