Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, common areas, entry points, stock areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe customer and staff activity, and report suspicious behavior according to site policies; Assist with closing and opening procedures, help control access to restricted areas, and provide visible support for security-related operations during busy business hours and special events
