If you enjoy helping others and want to grow your career in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoAnswer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions.Provide excellent service with a positive approach.Document call details in our systems.Solve problems and help customers find solutions.Work with a variety of people and build positive relationships.Stay up-to-date on our processes and procedures.Ensure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until all calls in the queue are resolved. This position is sedentary in nature with minimal lifting requirements.Working ConditionsThe incumbent works in a remote office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise.
