We are currently partnered with a leading Manufacturer and Distributor in the Oklahoma City area in the search for a dynamic VP of Supply Chain - a strategic, globally minded leader who can elevate our end-to-end fulfillment and logistics operations across the U.S. and Internationally.

This is a high-visibility executive role reporting directly to the COO, ideal for a seasoned supply chain leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building high-performing teams, and brings deep expertise in global logistics, warehousing, and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fulfillment, inventory and logistics operations across multiple domestic and international locations.
• Build and execute a long-term vision for our clients global fulfillment organization.
• Oversee third-party warehousing and logistics partners to ensure world-class performance.
• Manage all logistics functions, including carrier negotiations, freight optimization, and claims.
• Develop capacity planning models and operational tools to drive efficiency.
• Establish KPIs, operational standards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and all import/export regulations.
• Protect inventory integrity across transit, storage, and work-in-process environments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Manage operational budgets, capital planning, and headcount forecasting.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 10+ years in fast-paced logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Deep understanding of international supply chain operations.
• Strong business acumen in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex team dynamics and resolve conflicts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
