Customer Service Representative

Compensation:

$17 - $18 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle initial notice of loss for all policies
• Set up and manage claims within the system
• Assign new claim assignments to adjusters
• Assist claimants with questions and concerns
• Comply with records management requirements
• Process approved reserve changes and checks
• Prepare and process outgoing mail packets
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in basic math operations
• Ability to handle multiple claims systems
• Experience in customer service or related fields

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with claims processing software
• Ability to work flexible hours
