Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - until finished (typically 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
Saturday: 5:00 AM - until finished (typically 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Position Overview

The Packager / Production Associate is responsible for stacking, packaging, and preparing finished brick products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Packager / Production Associate role involves working on a production line, maintaining consistent output, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal Packager / Production Associate is reliable, physically capable, and able to keep pace with production demands.

Required Experience & Skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Attention to safety and product quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Stack finished brick onto pallets
• Strap and wrap packaged materials for shipment
• Inspect products for defects or damage
• Maintain pace with production line requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely around moving equipment and conveyors
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist with additional production duties as needed

Work Environment
• Hot, dusty, industrial manufacturing environment
• Standing and working on your feet for the entire shift
• Repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting
• Overtime and Saturdays required during peak production
