Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
• Associate degree in Business or related field OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass background check
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rentals)
• Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
• Perform data entry and document preparation
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Handle confidential information with professionalism
• Support day-to-day administrative operations
