Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 1 North Broadway Avenue - Responsibilities: Checking Banquet Event Orders to determine function, number of guests and type of bar and event (house, premium, cash, open, etc.); Setting up banquet bar as instructed by Supervisor to include linen, service ware, and glassware.; Attending roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.; Serving the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the Supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet.; Making and serving drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner following established guidelines, policies and procedures regarding beverages and safety controls
