• Responds to requests for transportation to and from the hospital and other destinations.
• Assists patients in a safe and professional manner.
• Documents and records applicable information as appropriate.
• Maintains vehicles, equipment and supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate in English (verbal/written)

• Prefer a minimum of six (6) months experience in patient transport. Must have experience operating a computer. Requires general computer skills capable of utilizing health system's software programs.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required at orientation before delivering patient care and must be maintained through retraining during the employment. Valid Oklahoma driver's license and verification of a satisfactory driving record from the Department of Public Safety. A minimum of two years of driving experience is required. Must be 21 years or older.
