Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the proper location and maintaining correct records of all items in the warehouse, staging, or designated storage areas.

A Day In The Life

  • Will be responsible for, but not limited to, store, retrieve, and deliver required parts and material to the appropriate department.
  • Will be required to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment and furnish own hand tools.
  • Warehouse Associate must have the ability to read and interpret drawings, routing sheets, and have the ability to satisfactorily use calipers, gages, measuring devices, figure gross, net, and legal weights, and convert to cubic measurements, to operate hand-held and stationary computer terminals, and perform SPC as required.
  • Will be required to maintain machines, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly manner.

  • Ability to perform work for a minimum of ten hours.
  • Ability to walk, hear, see and have full use of both hands.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor.
  • Able to have organizational skills, regarding the setup of different layouts of the warehouse.
  • Able to stay on task to complete and meet Warehouse Managers expectations.
  • Possesses patience and can perform bin audits as required.
  • Can problem solve if there are any problems locating material.
  • Able to communicate issues when they arise to ensure a timely solution.
