Pratt Industries - - Responsibilities: Assist the Machine Operator with setup and operation of slotting, feeding, and die-cutting equipment; Monitor board quality and report defects such as loose liner, warp, or incorrect dimensions; Sort product as needed to help maintain machine productivity; Work at the pace set by the Machine Operator and support adherence to the production schedule; Cross-train on other machines and be willing to move into Operator roles when needed
