Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Control Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your investigative and communication skills to resolve overdue rental agreements effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts, ensuring timely resolution, and collaborating with internal and external teams to meet company objectives.Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage a portfolio of overdue rental agreements, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle statuses, customer communications, and resolution updates in company systems.- Escalate unresolved accounts to the appropriate teams while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate the resolution process.- Conduct thorough investigations to identify issues and recommend solutions for overdue accounts.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to rental agreements.- Adapt to new processes and systems quickly to support business needs.- Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all account management activities. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in collections, contract compliance, customer service, or a call center environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.- Familiarity with structured, fast-paced work environments.- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.- Quick adaptability to new systems and procedures.
