Job description:

We're hiring a Soft gel Production Specialist who is obsessive about accuracy, organization, and keeping systems clean.

Dime Industries is a licensed producer and manufacturer ofcannabis products. We need a hands-on operator and team lead who knows soft gels inside and out, especially THC/CBD oils and lipid-based fills, and who takes compliance and controlled inventory seriously.

What you'll own (Production + Ops)

• Own the encapsulation process end to end: bulk oil + gelatin prep through final inspection, with schedules hit without sacrificing quality.
• Work with high-value cannabis oil. Tight ingredient management, tight documentation, tight yields.
• Operate and troubleshoot our equipment, including an AIPAK SEM-115 soft gel encapsulation machine, plus a fully automated counting, bottling, and packaging line.
• Diagnose issues fast, make smart adjustments, and prevent repeat problems.
• Drive continuous improvement: improve yield, reduce waste, and keep the line running clean and consistent.

What you bring

• Manufacturing experience (pharma, nutraceutical, regulated cannabis, or similarly controlled environment preferred).
• Proven experience running and troubleshooting a softgel encapsulation operation.
• Strong SOP and quality systems mindset.
• Mechanical intuition and calm problem-solving under pressure.
• Leadership chops, clear communication, and strong organization.
• High trust, high detail orientation, especially around controlled inventory.
• Comfortable using ERP systems for production and data management.
