Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires strong Excel skills, experience with QuickBooks, and accurate data entry abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks
Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
Support payroll and basic accounting tasks
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide general office support
High school diploma or Associate degree preferred, 2+ years of administrative or bookkeeping experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Experience using QuickBooks, Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail, Excellent organizational and communication skills
