Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment: Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor.; Mitigating Theft & Fraud: Monitor for suspicious behavior and communicate findings to leadership.; Minimizing Operational Shortage: Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives.; Developing Great Teams & Partnerships: Engage with internal and external partners and recognize staff.; Other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
