Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Provide visible 'command' presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior; Greet customers with eye contact, smiles, and courteous service; Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives; Minimize operational shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives
