We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations by managing a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, and performing data entry functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and customer-service focused, providing a welcoming experience for all clients and guests.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional and organized environment. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing visitors, and performing accurate data. Additionally, this role includes scheduling appointments, processing payments, and verifying documentation. This position also requires travel between locations to provide coverage and support where needed. If you excel in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and have strong organizational skills, this position is an excellent opportunity.
