Pay Rate: $17.00/ Hour and it is paid on the bi-weekly basis. Overtime (OT) is available based on business needs and requires management approval. OT is paid time and-half after 40 hours of work per week. Daily uniforms and working boots are provided free of charge by the company. Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday and the plant associates works 8 hours per day and unpaid 30-minute lunch. This is a FIRST SHIFT and starts at 9:30 am. Valid Driver's License is required for this position and punctuality and attendance policy is strictly enforced. The Shredding Specialist is responsible for receiving, segregating, and loading waste paper into a paper shredder as well as various traditional warehouse support duties. The Shredding Specialist is a member of the local operations team who coordinates the parking of all trucks in preparation for the next day.
