Essential Job Functions

• Ensure high standards in quality, guest service, cleanliness, safety, and product preparation.
• Maintain a cheerful and helpful demeanor while interacting with guests.
• Have a thorough understanding of our menu items and the ability to explain them to guests with confidence.
• Utilize our point of sale system to record orders and process payments accurately.
• Adhere to strict food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures diligently.
• Propose recommendations to improve restaurant operations.
• Present a professional appearance and meet grooming standards.
• Consistently clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to uphold a pristine image.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and follow through effectively.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS is beneficial.
• Proficient in basic business math and cash handling.
• Excellent organizational skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills to foster effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and guests. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.

Experience, Education & Training

• Must be able to commute to the assigned restaurant location.
• A minimum age of 16 is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Food handler certification may be required.
• Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of the shift and capability to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range: $10.00 - $13.00
