Job Title: Picker and Packer
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our fast-paced warehouse team as Pickers and Packers. You will be responsible for picking orders with the use of scan guns and tickets, loading them onto electric pallet jacks (EPJ), and staging them for shipping.
Pay rate is: $15/hr
Responsibilities
Pick orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Utilize scan guns and tickets to efficiently locate and load orders onto electric pallet jacks.
Stage completed orders for shipping.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in order picking and staging.
Meet daily performance metrics.
Essential Skills
Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Proficiency with pallet jacks and RF scanners.
Ability to work an 'until finished' schedule, sometimes up to 12 hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with picking in food and beverage distribution centers.
Familiarity with electric pallet jacks (EPJ).
Ability to meet or exceed picking metrics.
Good job tenure and reliable transportation.

Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced, mostly climate-controlled distribution center. The shift is from 11 AM until finish, usually 8 to 10 hours, but could extend to over 12 hours during busy seasons. The schedule runs from Sunday to Thursday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
