The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, with possible premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances such as schedule, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview:

As an Online Order Fulfillment Associate, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently fill and prepare online orders. You will:

• Locate and package merchandise accurately for pickup.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary.
• Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
