Bring comfort, companionship, and a listening ear to patients and families during one of life's most important journeys. As a Patient Direct Volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by visiting patients in their homes or facilities, offering support through presence, conversation, reading, music, or simply sitting quietly with them.

What You'll Do:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Read, share stories, or listen to music together
• Offer a comforting presence to patients and their families
• Assist with light activities as appropriate (non-medical)

What We're Looking For:

• Compassionate, dependable individuals with a heart for service
• Good communication and listening skills
• Respectful of confidentiality and diverse backgrounds
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must complete volunteer training and background screening
