THE PROGRAM
The Accessible Depression and Anxiety Peripartum Treatment (ADAPT) is in partnership with mental health services and public health nurses to provide treatment to individuals and family members who screen positive for postpartum anxiety and/or depression.
THE POSITION
This position is 30 hours a week.
The Clinician is responsible for the clinical integrity, assessment, planning and delivery of mental health services to the client. She/he assures that all provided services, program documentation, and billing are consistent with company policies and various county and community contracts and any federal, state, county, and district requirements. Duties include:
- Provide counseling/mental health services
- Practice as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide clinical assessments, intervention and support to clients.
- Complete proper clinical documentation in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS - Master's Degree
- ACSW/AMFT/APHA/APCC, registration or License in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Science.
- Experience working in a mental health program or clinic, treatment facility or other behavioral health setting.
- 2-4 years professional experience in working with target population.
- Experience and knowledge in assessment and treatment theories for target population.
- Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must pass background check, drug test, and TB test.
- Must offer certain linguistic, gender, cultural and ethnic specific skills: must be able to work with culturally diverse population.
HOURS Mon - Fri, 30 hours a week between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm. This is a hybrid position with a mix on work from home and on-site.
PAY $31 for Registered
$35 for Licensed
These are starting rates and may be adjusted up based on education and experience. Current Vista Hill employees in these job titles for 2026 are paid:
$30 - $35 for Registered; and
$34 - $38.50 for Licensed
BENEFITS Employees working over 30 hours a week receive employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (vacation and sick leave), paid holidays, employer-paid retirement contribution and clinical supervision (if applicable). Some programs qualify for student loan forgiveness programs.
Employees who work less than 30 hours a week do not qualify for healthcare benefits.
