Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Moore, OK
Pay: $17 an hour
Shift: First Shift
What's the Job?
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents
Maintain office records and ensure information is accurate and up to date
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
