SoonerRide Coordinator

Compensation:

$17 - $21 /hour, depending on experience

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SoonerRide Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the Oklahoma Medicaid population. As a SoonerRide Coordinator, you will coordinate and educate SoonerCare members, providers, and stakeholders on non-emergency transportation services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring timely resolution of transportation concerns and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer incoming tier II telephone inquiries from various stakeholders
• Research and interpret federal rules and procedures
• Resolve member and provider issues related to the SoonerRide program
• Initiate action to resolve transportation discrepancies
• Assist with monitoring phone calls and educating call center personnel
• Participate in member outreach and educational efforts
• Identify and report system discrepancies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate's degree
• 3½ years of combined education and experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of direct OHCA Member or Provider Services experience
• Knowledge of SoonerCare rules and agency policy
• MMIS experience
• 2 or more years SoonerCare/Medicaid program experience
• Medicaid claims resolution experience
• Bilingual; fluent in oral & written Spanish
