What You'll Do

• Operate machines that mix materials to create brick/block products

• Gather and weigh materials per work order; record batch details

• Transfer materials into machines for processing

• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and handling equipment

• Assist with inventory of parts and supplies

• Follow all safety practices, including lock-out/tag-out and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a production environment

• Knowledge of power and hand tools

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces

• High school diploma or GED
