Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Mailroom Clerk in Oklahoma City OK. • Shift: Monday - Friday 09:00 Am to 05:00 Pm

Responsibilities:

• Ensures total customer satisfaction through understanding of customer expectations.
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail & packages according to assigned floors and within established time frames.
• Package and process outgoing overnight items, to meet client and vendor deadlines.
• Handle items for distribution to a segment of or all of client employees, affiliates, dealers, etc
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and prepare billing charges
• Provide reception work such as answering telephones, taking messages and greeting visitors

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience working in a Mailroom.
• Knowledge of metering, weighting, logging and other shipping procedures
• Proficiency in computer skills

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
