Essential Functions:
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction
* Ability to stand and move for up to 12 hours per shift without restriction
* Ability to work in all conditions, whether inside or outside per OSHA guidelines
* Consistently follow all Chick-fil-A Pathway training and operational procedures
* Perform duties in compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards
* Operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
* Effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, in order to provide clear instructions, understand and respond to customer needs, interact with team members and leadership, and accurately follow operational procedures

* Deliver Operational Excellence: prepare craveable food, provide fast & accurate service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

Team Members who consistently model our values and performance standards may advance to Senior Team Member, Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, or Director roles, with ongoing opportunities for leadership development and growth within the Chick-fil-A brand.
