We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong clerical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic office setting, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. Must have title experience. 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Enter and manage accurate data using Microsoft Excel, including creating and formatting spreadsheets.
  • Organize, scan, and file both physical and electronic records to maintain accessibility.
  • Provide general assistance to office staff and management, addressing requests promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and assist with inquiries.
  • Support billing functions by managing documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Utilize office software systems and tools to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data formatting.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems and CRM tools is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
