What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Greeting clients, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
🔹 Managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls efficiently
🔹 Maintaining calendars, contact lists, and scheduling conference rooms
🔹 Coordinating internal meetings, seasonal events, and learning sessions
🔹 Handling mail distribution and managing electronic filing systems
🔹 Organizing outgoing FedEx shipments and supply communications
🔹 Assisting with copier toner recycling and inventory tracking
🔹 Supporting internal teams with project list updates and monthly distributions
🔹 Ensuring office security and managing end-of-day procedures

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Adobe and Excel spreadsheet skills are a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
