Description:

JOB SUMMARY: This position provides leadership to the Recruitment team and serves the Goodwill employment program initiatives through recruitment, coordination, and community partnerships. This position includes administrative oversight and process management for the recruitment, employment, and training teams and is responsible for the day-to-day operations within recruitment, training, and services units.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Supports recruitment, employment, and training teams in achieving established outcome goals.
  • Collects, organizes, and reports data to support strategic planning and performance measurement.
  • Develops and maintains partnerships with community agencies to strengthen collaboration and enhance program reach.
  • Coordinates events and activities for the Mobile Training Unit, REPP (Re-entry Employment Preparation Program), and YEPP (Youth Employment Preparation Program), including prerelease and post-release support efforts.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for grants, partnerships, billing, invoicing, and recruitmentrelated service delivery.
  • Manages client enrollment processes and ensures timely and accurate data entry into client management systems.
  • Provides administrative support to Workforce Development staff, including scheduling, travel coordination, timesheet collection, and roster creation.
  • Assists with accreditation and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Collaborates with the Training Department to support employment placement for program completers.
  • Monitors budget activity and manage purchasing for program materials, books, and supplies. • Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Workforce Development policies.
  • Generates reports and tracks performance metrics as required.
  • Represents the organization at community and networking events to promote services and build partnerships.
  • Participates in staff meetings, inter-agency collaborations, and special projects as assigned.
  • Adheres to all Goodwill safety policies, regulations, and training requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred, or comparable work experience and skill attainment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Apps, and Outlook and able to navigate the internet easily.
  • Must maintain valid Oklahoma driver's license, current auto insurance and tag.
  • Must maintain a good driving record and pass MVR check.
  • Must pass OSBI/DOC background check as well as drug screening.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Local travel up to 30% of the time typically day events.
