Facilities Management is seeking to hire a Mechanical Foreman within the Utilities division. This position will be responsible for all inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations performed on all steam and chilled waterplant generating equipment, related peripheral equipment, utility tunnel distribution system, and other related equipmentunder plant control. Essential Duties Inspects and directs all work, to include but not limited to inspections, alterations, maintenance and repair of the plant equipment and tunnel distribution system. Ensures work is scheduled in order of priority and completed in a timely manner. Supervises, trains, and mentors team members within assigned functional area of responsibility. Be particularly able to recognize and prevent conditions that could lead to a fire or explosion.
