We are excited to be hiring a Sr. Plan Document Consultant, Technical Lead, on our Retirement Plan Services Plan Document Team. As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are enhancing our plan document services to meet increasing demand and ensure continued excellence in retirement plan document compliance and service delivery.
In this role, you will bring deep subject matter expertise and a passion for mentoring others. You will support complex projects and initiatives, offering strategic guidance and technical leadership. As a trusted advisor, the Team Lead helps shape operational excellence by identifying process improvements, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. You will also play a vital role in supporting management by offering coaching, feedback and training while also stepping in to handle departmental responsibilities as needed. This is a high-impact role that blends technical proficiency, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive results and support successideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing outcomes through partnership and expertise. What's in it for you:
The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit, and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives, and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
