General Supply Specialist

This National Guard position is for a General Supply Specialist (Title 32), Position Description Number D1958000 and is part of the OK 137th Special Operations Wing, Oklahoma Air National Guard. Responsibilities include performing analysis on a wide range of technical squadron functions, evaluating unexpected fluctuations or trends in supply statistics, and making recommendations for change when problems are identified. The role also involves facilitating corrective measures, serving as the point of contact for customer problems, utilizing computer software programs for management information, and managing the General Support Division and Material Support Division of the Air Force Supply Management Activity Group. The position requires knowledge of the Standard Base Supply System, Financial Working Group, and Financial Management Board, and the ability to conduct surveillance visits and special analysis of supply elements.

Requirements include military grades E-6 through E-7, general experience in supply management, and specialized experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management.
