Job Summary

The Notification Specialist coordinates shipping, installation, and regulatory notifications for AGS Slots and Tables products orders.

Responsibilities

* Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.

* Thorough understanding of how to interpret regulatory shipping rules for the various products shipped to customers.

* Review Microsoft Business Central cues to ensure notifications are sent to comply with regulatory requirements and desired delivery dates.

* Ensure each order has the correct shipping addresses for cabinets, software and hardware.

* Populate the Compliance Notification Date and Software Ship Date on each order requiring notification to be in accordance with the regulatory shipping rules.

* Prepare and distribute shipping notifications to regulators, customers and AGS Sales, which may include special and complex customer/regulator supplied forms.

* Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

* Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and proactively obtain customer feedback.

* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Maintains positive and healthy relationships with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.

* Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

* High School or GED required

* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

* 2 to 3 years of experience preferred

* General knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Strong customer service skills: friendly, approachable, and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs
