Description:
Enter data related to parts issued, transferred, inventory adjustments, and cycle counts into computer databases. Utilize SAP and other ERP systems for data entry, quality control, and multitasking. Track and verify data for accuracy and multiple business purposes. Research and resolve issues with receipts, units of measure, and quality exceptions. Manage cardboard disposal by taking it to the compactor. Perform various transactions and tasks as requested by leadership. Create purchase orders (PO), stock transfer orders (STO), sales orders (SO), and other documentation necessary to complete tasks. Pick and pack international and domestic return shipments accurately. Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, with strong SAP knowledge. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and WMS. Data entry skills and inventory control experience. Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, order picker) preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Capacity to stand, bend, twist, lift, and walk on concrete floors regularly. Team lifting of equipment up to 70 pounds as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in SAP with the ability to research transactions. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to read small print under varying lighting conditions. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

The Material Handler I is responsible for performing advanced-level distribution tasks using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), RF scanning, and warehouse equipment. This role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. A key responsibility includes processing return authorizations (RAs) and handling Client. field returns with detailed product knowledge. Successful candidates must effectively perform all essential duties with accuracy and efficiency.
