Private Duty Scheduler

Description:

Are you highly organized and thrive in a role where you can help connect the right caregiver to the right client at the right time? Our Private Duty team is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Scheduler who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule caregivers and home health aides for private duty assignments

  • Respond to last-minute schedule changes and manage call-ins

  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation

  • Communicate with families, field staff, and internal teams

  • Coordinate with referral sources and intake team as needed

  • Support office operations with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare scheduling, staffing, or similar administrative roles

  • CNA or HHA license a plus, but not required

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
