Are you highly organized and thrive in a role where you can help connect the right caregiver to the right client at the right time? Our Private Duty team is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Scheduler who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule caregivers and home health aides for private duty assignments
Respond to last-minute schedule changes and manage call-ins
Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
Communicate with families, field staff, and internal teams
Coordinate with referral sources and intake team as needed
Support office operations with administrative tasks
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare scheduling, staffing, or similar administrative roles
CNA or HHA license a plus, but not required
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
