Landscape Architect Project Manager - Oklahoma City, OKHalff is seeking a Landscape Architect, with their Landscape Architect License, to join our Oklahoma City, OK office as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience working on the following project types: parks, recreation and trail planning and design; urban park, plaza, streetscape and transportation enhancements; land development; and support for large scale planning projects. This position offers an excellent professional development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm.Learn about Halff and our 75th AnniversaryWhat you will do:Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects.Work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through constructionFoster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and office cultureLead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirementsProduction of CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packagesConstruction methodologies and implementationManage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneouslyAnticipate the needs of clients and projectsCommunicate effectively orally and in writingWhat you will need:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited universityOklahoma registration as a Professional Landscape ArchitectAt least 5 years of experience, minimum, as a Professional Landscape ArchitectFamiliarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submittingAbility to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needsProficiency with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeWell organized, detail oriented and highly motivatedExperience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plusExcellent design skillsInterested candidates who meet or exceed the above qualifications are invited to submit a letter of interest, resume, and project portfolio or work samples that demonstrates their abilities.
