The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, sports bar, specialty restaurant, coffee shop and a retail venue. This team member will wash dishes, pots and pans, mop floors, clean kitchen equipment and ensure there is an adequate supply of clean china, glassware and silver. Responsibilities Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware. Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Minimize breakage of circulating equipment. Follow/enforce company policies and procedures. Complete other duties as assigned by management.
