Job Description
Shift: Mon-Fri, 5p to 1a
Pay: $16/hr
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collects daily parking fees and monthly parking dues from customers
- Reconciles cash drawer balances at the end of each shift
- Deposits daily cash drawer balance when closing the garage
- Ensures proper operation of ticket machines and card machines
- Provides customer assistance by giving directions, and verifying customers who forget their access cards
- Monitors garage security cameras for suspicious activity or dangerous conditions
- Reports accidents and incidents to proper authorities
- Maintains the cleanliness of the parking areas, stairways and elevators
- May perform other maintenance duties as assigned
- Monitors inventory levels and requisitions supplies
- Operating golf cart or other company vehicles
- Performs other duties as required
- Must have valid Drivers License and able to pass Motor Vehicle Report
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices
- Working conditions are frequently outdoors with exposure to temperature variations; occasional exposure to damp/wet surfaces, cramped areas, noise, fumes, and dust
- Physical requirements include frequently lifting/carrying of 10-25 lbs and occasionally 60lbs; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate cash register
- Subject to: standing, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and reaching to perform the essential functions
