FOR FLEX TEAM MATERIALS HANDLER: General warehouse duties such as, but not limited to: loading and unloading of trucks, make sure all merchandise is labeled with a destination using a scan gun properly, stage merchandise in correct area within the warehouse in a timely fashion, assembly/disassembly of merchandise, keep warehouse area clean, removing trash from work area, sweeping work area, inspect merchandise for functionality, damages, defects, and imperfections. Loading customer merchandise, make all necessary copies and paperwork and obtain customer signatures on waivers, knowledge of correct ticket procedures gathering empty boxes and breaking them down, sweeping warehouse. Move items vehicles. Checking for shortages through auditing the manifest. Use proper procedures when working with knifes, flat carts, and lifting merchandise.
