As a Dispatcher you are responsible for: Responsible for setting up loads to be delivered for our customers (utilizing outside carriers). Ensure on-time pick up performance. Adhere to our Company policies and procedures. Utilize TMS System when trained on. Coordinate with drivers, carrier drivers, and/or Carrier Dispatcher. Ensure carriers report en-route as required. Ensure on-time freight delivery. Problem-solve driver and/or Carrier issues. Adhere to all Federal DOT Safety Regulations. About You: The ideal candidate will have: 1 years of Dispatching Trucks Solid computer skills (with a high-level of competence in the use of Microsoft Excel to track progress toward established goals for the trucking operations and generate reports that are concise, easily understood, and communicate to appropriate levels of the organization).
