Description

Bob Mills Furniture is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors to our corporate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth front office operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support other departments needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Zoom, Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, printers, copiers)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service
